DESCRIPTION:Explore plant-based eating in a delicious way. Create hands-on\, make-along meals featuring easy\, no-cook ingredients inspired by seasonal foods. This workshop is intended to promote wellness\, mindful eating\, and a deeper appreciation for the relationship between nature and the foods we bring to our tables. It also serves as an inviting introduction to nature journaling as an ongoing personal practice and is led by Delaware Master Naturalists.
